The breakfast lacked variety. The internet connection was unreliable and slow. It made even basic tasks difficult. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent and lacked warmth! their service was not as attentive as expected.

great sizeamazing views
the rooms were a great size. amazing views overlooked the town and harbor. rooms got cleaned every day, and housekeeping did a great job.
the steep road and many stairs to little venice were a challenge.
