decent stay
helpful staff complimentary water many options slow internet lacking empathy boarding pass
the staff helped me with my luggage. i found complimentary water in my room which i appreciated. the breakfast had many options.

sea view uncomfortable mattress
staff was very kind and gave an advice to see.
The room i booked had a balcony and a sea view. It had a huge white building in front, not like the photos. breakfast was basic. The mattresses were nearly broken and very uncomfortable, they creaked every time i moved so i rested badly.

lovely sunset daily cleaning limited breakfast wifi connection
The sunsets were divine from the pool area. A true spectacle. our double or twin room sea view was kept very neat. I noticed daily cleaning was meticulous and attentive.
The breakfast variety was a little limited. I wished for more local options. the wifi connection faltered occasionally. It made planning our day a bit challenging.

the breakfast had lots of variety and was freshly made every morning , it was a great start to the day.
i had some issues with the transfer service to the center , it was not available as frequently as i expected , and that was a bit disappointing because i had to rely on other transportation options.

great size amazing views
the rooms were a great size. amazing views overlooked the town and harbor. rooms got cleaned every day, and housekeeping did a great job.
the steep road and many stairs to little venice were a challenge.
